Our Story
I’m Jake Smith, a Springfield native, dad of two cute but feral boys, and a hands-on real estate investor who has been fascinated by building, fixing, and creating for as long as I can remember. While other kids were playing, I was taking things apart, figuring out how they worked, and dreaming about what I could make better. That curiosity turned into a career—every flip, remodel, and project is an extension of that early drive to build something meaningful.

I’ve been married to my wife, Megan for 10 years—she’s my partner in life and business, running marketing and operations behind the scenes so I can focus on bringing our projects to life.
